- Homeowners who respond to an ad and book an estimate appointment with a contractor.
Information collected
From contractors, through the contact form on this site: name, company name, trade, phone number and service area.
From homeowners, through ad and booking forms: name, phone number, email address, property address, details about the project, and the appointment time selected.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by the website host and by advertising platforms such as Meta through cookies and similar technologies.
How information is used
- To respond to contractors who ask about the service.
- To book estimate appointments and share the homeowner's details with the contractor they booked with.
- To send appointment confirmation text messages.
- To run, measure and improve advertising.
- To bill clients and keep business records.
How information is shared
When a homeowner books an appointment, their contact details, address and project details are shared with the contractor they booked with so the contractor can contact them and provide an estimate. The contractor's own handling of that information is governed by the contractor's policies.
Information is also processed by service providers that help run the business, such as website hosting, customer relationship and scheduling software, text messaging providers and advertising platforms. They may only use it to provide their services.
ZXR Leads does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed if required by law.
Text messages
Homeowners who book an appointment and provide a phone number agree to receive text messages about that appointment, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Cookies and advertising

Data retention and security
