    Facebook and Instagram campaigns target homeowners in the towns you want to work in. Every ad is sent to you for approval before it goes live.

    Interested homeowners select an estimate time on your calendar directly from the ad, with no back-and-forth scheduling.

  3. 3. You call and close

    You receive the homeowner's name, phone number, address and project details, and they receive a text confirming the appointment. From there, you call, show up and close.

One price: $147 per booked appointment

Ad spend is covered by ZXR Leads, so there are no additional fees. If no appointments are booked, there is no charge.

A homeowner who picked a specific time for an estimate on your calendar. That's what the $147 covers.
What if the homeowner doesn't show up?
No-shows can be refunded depending on the situation. Report it within 48 hours and it will be reviewed. The details are in the no-show and refund policy.
Who pays for the ads?
ZXR Leads pays for all advertising. Contractors pay only $147 per booked appointment.
Does ZXR Leads call the leads?
No. Homeowners book the time themselves and get a text confirming it. You call them before the appointment and close the job.
How soon does it start?
Ads go live within one week of the initial call.
Is there a contract?
There is no long-term contract, and either party can end the service at any time. Full details are in the terms of service.
